The Ultimate Outdoor Living Space Featuring Native Woods Shiplap

We recently collaborated with Sean Collinsgru, the owner of Premier Outdoor Living LLC, a design-build firm that specializes in creating unique exterior living spaces throughout Southern New Jersey, to create the ultimate outdoor chill space.
Collinsgru founded his company with the firm belief, "we aren't going to be like other contractors, we wanted to differentiate ourselves with unique designs and a better client experience." From floor to ceiling, all material that went into this high-end covered deck was hand-selected to create a custom aesthetic with long-term performance.
When considering this project, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to show a sneak peek of our newest line of shiplap, Native Woods. The charm of Native Woods shiplap is in the native knots and grain of the wood.
Each board features a unique woodgrain pattern beneath a smooth prepainted surface. Boards come end-matched in an interlocking pattern which allows for a consistent nickel gap reveal and a secure installation with fewer exposed fasteners.
Native Woods Whiskey Barrel shiplap on the ceiling was the perfect compliment and contrast to the Deckorator's deck boards.
The outdoor living space was designed with perfect symmetry and each product was placed tastefully into place.
Every inch of this space is inviting, relaxing, and private.
The hideaway screens allowed for privacy and adequate lighting.
The built-in seating and range of appliances created the perfect place for hosting company.
The beautiful woodgrain of Native Woods shiplap added character, depth, and warmth to the space.
